The food
Though the food is far from gourmet, it is home cooked, hardy and there is plenty of it.
Breakfast:
- Mediterranean Scramble with fruit and cinnamon roll cake.
- Breakfast burritos.
Lunch and Snacks:
- Sandwiches, fruit, veggies, chips, crackers, and homemade cookies.
- Fruit, granola bars, veggies, hummus, crackers and cheese, pretzels, chips, granola bites.
Dinner:
- Chicken and artichoke pesto pasta, salad, dessert.
- Slaw, pulled pork sandwiches, salad, chips, dessert.
